Leadership Development

Our goal is to empower young women with skills and confidence to lead, inspire a legacy of social awareness and compassion and to provide depth of support in our local community.  We have pride, integrity and excellence in everything we do.  We nurture the girls through mentorship and they grow and model responsibility and graciousness.

We ask that each young woman serve in a Leadership position for two years during her 6 year membership.  Each grade level has their own Board of officers and they go through Officer training at the beginning of their service year.  These Board members will lead their class at each grade level meeting and also have the opportunity to speak publicly to the entire Chapter during the year.
